We felt the pain ourselves
As e-commerce operators running multiple stores doing millions in revenue, we dealt with counterfeit listings firsthand. Knockoff products showing up on Amazon, Walmart, eBay. Sellers undercutting us with fakes. It was constant, and it was costing us real money.
We figured out the system
After countless rejected takedowns, dead-end forum threads, and hours of trial and error, we cracked the code. We learned exactly what each platform needs to see, how to document evidence, how to file complaints that actually get accepted, and when to escalate.
We built a boutique agency
Other brands started asking for help. So we launched DLP Brand Protection as a full-service agency, handling monitoring and takedowns for brands spending $7-10M annually on e-commerce. We worked hands-on, boutique style, giving every client the attention their brand deserved.
We realized SMBs needed this too
The more we worked with large brands, the more we heard from smaller businesses that couldn't afford a full-service agency but were drowning in the same problems. They deserved the same tools and knowledge. So we built the DIY course to make everything we've learned accessible to any brand, at any budget.
