We're Lizzy and Mark Greenburg, the co-founders of DLP Brand Protection. We've spent years in the trenches of e-commerce, and we started this company because we know firsthand how painful counterfeit sellers are to deal with.

Lizzy spent over five years at Google as a senior product marketing expert, helping Fortune 500 brands improve their advertising strategy. She went on to become CMO of a sales tax automation startup that was later acquired by Stripe, then moved into the world of e-commerce, where she built and scaled multiple direct-to-consumer brands generating millions in annual revenue.

After watching counterfeiters chip away at the brands she worked so hard to build, she channeled that frustration into becoming an expert in marketplace enforcement, platform policy, and IP protection strategy.

From frustration to a full-service agency

Our path to brand protection started the same way it does for most sellers: with a gut punch.

We felt the pain ourselves

As e-commerce operators running multiple stores doing millions in revenue, we dealt with counterfeit listings firsthand. Knockoff products showing up on Amazon, Walmart, eBay. Sellers undercutting us with fakes. It was constant, and it was costing us real money.

We figured out the system

After countless rejected takedowns, dead-end forum threads, and hours of trial and error, we cracked the code. We learned exactly what each platform needs to see, how to document evidence, how to file complaints that actually get accepted, and when to escalate.

We built a boutique agency

Other brands started asking for help. So we launched DLP Brand Protection as a full-service agency, handling monitoring and takedowns for brands spending $7-10M annually on e-commerce. We worked hands-on, boutique style, giving every client the attention their brand deserved.

We realized SMBs needed this too

The more we worked with large brands, the more we heard from smaller businesses that couldn't afford a full-service agency but were drowning in the same problems. They deserved the same tools and knowledge. So we built the DIY course to make everything we've learned accessible to any brand, at any budget.
